A Letter from the Founder
A lifelong learning advocate.
I started ChangeHarvest learning consultancy in response to the growing gap between how work is changing and how workplace learning prepares people to meet that change. I saw how often organizations want to support their people, yet struggle to build learning programs that not only deliver business outcomes, but feel meaningful and relevant to those who participate. Through ChangeHarvest, I partner with organizations that care deeply about their people. Together, we craft learning experiences that prepare them for the evolving world of work by delivering critical, analytical, and creative thinking skills they can apply to any role or challenge. At its core, my work aims to help people have faith in their abilities and help organizations build programs that truly reflect their values. Across my experiences as a learning designer, scholar, and training facilitator, one truth has always stuck with me: We all have a boundless capacity to learn and grow, at any time.
