A Letter from the Founder

 A lifelong learner at heart.

I’ve always been someone who learns from being hands-on; diving into new skills and following my curiosity. Like many people, I’ve learned to try new things from that curiosity, from necessity, and from a genuine love for growth as an individual. This passion for the learning process led me to earn a master’s in Adult Learning & Leadership and build a career in corporate learning and development. But, beyond credentials and job titles, what’s always stayed with me is this simple belief: We all have a boundless capacity to learn and grow at any time. That belief is at the heart of ChangeHarvest. I started this consultancy because I saw how often organizations want to support their people, but struggle to build learning programs that truly click. Programs that not only deliver outcomes, but feel meaningful and relevant to the people engaging with them. Through ChangeHarvest, I partner with companies that care deeply about their people. My approach is deeply human. I listen closely, work collaboratively, and bring thoughtful analysis that reflects both your team’s needs and your long-term vision. Together, we assess what’s working, identify what’s missing, and create practical strategies that make learning part of the everyday culture, not just a one-time initiative. I believe the core of the learning process isn’t just about knowledge, it’s about empowerment.
