A lifelong learner at heart.
I started this consultancy because I saw how often organizations want to support their people, yet struggled to build learning programs that not only deliver outcomes, but feel meaningful and relevant to those who participate. Through ChangeHarvest, I partner with organizations that care deeply about their people. Together, we craft learning design strategies that make learning part of everyday culture, not just a one-off initiative. At its core, my work aims to help people believe in their abilities and help organizations build programs that truly reflect their values. Throughout my career in corporate learning and development, what’s always stayed with me is this: We all have a boundless capacity to learn and grow at any time.
